All shipped orders are sent via Canada Post and UPS

Local Pickup

Any local customers to Brantford, Ontario are able to pick up in person - just use the code LOCALPICKUP at checkout and we will send an email with the pickup address once your order is ready.

• All orders with Canada are $9.99 for tracked shipping

Outside of Canada

• Shipping to the rest of the World is caculated based on the size of your order.  Duty may apply to orders shipped out of Canada and that will be your cost to cover.  We are no longer able to ship to the United States due to the suspension of the U.S. de minimis suspension.

Combined Shipping

• If you would like to add extra poms to an existing order please send us an email and we can refund multiple shipping charges

We would love to offer free shipping (and occasionally do) but to keep our pom costs down we are unable to offer it at this time.  Please take our word that we do not make any money off shipping, we usually have to pay extra as shipping in Canada is terribly expensive and we are constantly on the look out for better shipping options for our lovely customers.
