How do i take part in Free Shipping Tuesday?
Step 1:  
Create a snapship account with Canada Post (link below)
Step 2:  
Visit the website below or check your email for the free shipping code  every Tuesday in October
Step 3:
Fill out your label any Tuesday with your address as the destination and using the dimensions 12x12x12 and a weight of 4000 grams (origin address will be 27 Fisher St, Brantford, Ontario N3T 0G3, if it won't let you change origin business to Peony Lane Poms, thats okay!)
Step 4:
It will ask for your credit card but with the code your amount charged will show as $0 (make sure it is in fact $0 before you confirm)
Step 5: Once label has been created please email us the actual label PDF (not just the label website address because that will expire)
Step 6: Place your order and choose "I have a Snapship Label (Canada Post Free Shipping Tuesday)" as your shipping option, i will send you an auto email to confirm and you can email me your label whenever you have it (you can place your order before you have your label or after, totally up to you!)

Where did the fur i love go?
We frequently sell out of our furs and have also reduced our inventory to only furs we are completely in love and are obsessed with, so if we were just in "like" with a fur we took it down! Always reach out to us if you can't find something you have had previously and we will be able to let you know if something is completely sold out or if we just have it put aside

What is with the new snap?
We made the decision to change our snaps (for the last time!) to a new and super secure closure!  We truly believe you will love the new snap as much as we do

How do I get a customer loyalty account?

Please click on the Rewards button on the bottom left of your screen, it is amazing how quickly the rewards add up and the more you share with your friends the more points you accumulate!

How do I get a wholesale discount?
We already offer an incredibly low price for our poms but when you place large purchases ($100+) you can get even more discounts, click Wholesale Codes on the left hand menu to find out more!

How do you make the poms?
Every pom pom is cut, sewn and assembled by hand in our home studio from metres upon metres of faux fur.  Handmade will also mean no two items will appear exactly the same as fur variations will occur.  

How do I attach the pom pom?
Each of our poms come with a snap attached.  We sew half the snap to the pom and the other half needs to be pulled off the snap and sewn to your item.  Please see our page Tutorial in the left hand menu for a step by step photo story of how to attach.  We can create snapless poms, just let us know in the special instructions at check out.

Where do you find your furs?
Everywhere!  We are always on the hunt for new quality faux furs, we buy from a small local shop (#supportlocal) and we also import from Europe, finding a great faux fur supplier is hard so we are always trying out new companies, we especially love to find small family owned companies like ours!  

What do you fill the pom poms with?
We use an fibre filler that is both light and fluffy (we really like this word).  Our thread is upholstery quality to prevent any breakage and result in the strongest hold.  

What kind of furs do you use?
We prefer long pile faux animal fur as it creates the fluffiest pom pom.  We also look for a specific thickness of fur as it will always translate into the best looking pom pom.  It's best to mention that quality faux furs are the key to our pom poms and a lesson we have learned over the years.   

How do you ship?
We ship world wide and also offer local pick up in Brantford, Ontario.  Please see our page Shipping for details on timelines and cost.

How do I take care of my Pom Poms?
If your pom pom gets dirty, handwash in cold water and air dry. Washing machines will result in a very "different" looking pom and we don't recommend!

How do I return a product?
We do not take returns at Peony Lane Poms, but if a pom pom is defective in any way, please contact us immediately at peonylanepoms@gmail.com and we will do our best to rectify the situation to your satisfaction.  Customer service is of our utmost concern.
